I thought you might want to see what a typical beginner belt class can look like at the Laurel Studio of Integrity Martial Arts and Yoga.  Monday night’s class was a great example of the fun and martial arts training done here. Their was an intermediate belt helping out with class, so that is why you will see a purple belt in the mix. The kids played Dodge Ball and we had a new White belt test at the end of class.
