Recognizes the positive impacts brought about by the practice of martial arts for the body, mind, and spirit’s well-being in harmony with one’s self, nature and universe. It is affiliated to Hiep-Tinh Mon (HTM) – World Martial Arts created by Supreme Grand Master Quoc Dung which combines all the world strategic fighting techniques especially those from China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and Thailand and adopts the HTM – World Martial Arts octagon seal that symbolizes the philosophies and techniques of eight major martial arts: Kung Fu, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Ju-Jitsu, and Aikido; while wisely integrating other forms in order to spur a unique style so that the individual practitioner becomes a well-rounded martial artist.

Grand Master Andy R.
- Over 30 years of experience. He started as an Aikido martial artist at a very young age. In 2005, he intensified his training under The Living Legend Grand Master Quoc Dung to become an Hiep-Tinh Mon (HTM) – World Martial Artist.
- Received the Legends of Martial Arts Hall of Fame Award: Grand Master of the Year 2013
- He Holds 6th Dan in Hiep-Tinh Mon.
- 6th Degree in Daito Ryu Aiki jiu-jutsu.
Harrison R.
- 2013, award winner Legends of the Martial Arts Hall of Fame – Instructor of the year in Jiu-Jitsu – World Martial Arts from Master Cynthia Rothrock and Master Eric Kovaleski.
Objectives for Kids 7years up:
Self-confidence, increased focus, coordination, agility and flexibility, and especially self -defense.
Beginner practitioner will learn: stances, working punches, basic kicks; basic elbows and knees fighting techniques; how to fall – back, side, and front falls; how to acquire coordination and speed by practicing the form.
Advanced practitioner will learn: reinforced the stances, advanced fighting styles, power kicks, quick punches, elbows and knees combinations, elbows form; to reinforce the back-side-front falls, basic groundwork, throwing, and sparring.
Objectives for Teens:
Self-confidence, increased focus, coordination, accuracy, Agility and flexibility, power, self –defense, sparring, close combat, courage.
Beginner practitioner will learn: Stances, working punches, basic kicks, elbows and knees, how to fall: back, side, and front falls, to acquire coordination and speed by practicing the form.
Advanced practitioner will learn: Reinforced stances, advanced fighting styles, power kicks, quick punches, elbows and knees combinations, elbows form; reinforce the back-side-front falls, groundwork, throwing, sparring; to fight against knives, weapons.
Objectives for Ladies:
Self-confidence, self-defense and readiness to face real- life challenges and unfortunate situations; coordination, power; flexibility; good shape; cardio kick boxing. Women will learn applied techniques to defend against front and back assaults (strangulation, bear hug, knives, punches…); the stances, working punches, basic kicks, elbows and knees.
Objectives for Adults:
Self-confidence, increased focus; coordination, accuracy; agility and flexibility, power; sparring, close combat, courage; healthy body and good shape.
Beginner practitioner will learn: stances, working punches, basic kicks, elbows and knees, building core, cardio, how to fall: back, side and front falls, back fall, side fall, front fall. They learn to acquire coordination and speed by practicing the form.
Advanced practitioner will learn: Reinforce the stances, advanced fighting styles, power kicks, quick punches, elbows and knees combinations, elbows form. Reinforce the back-side-front fall, introduce the groundwork, throwing, sparring Learn to fight against knives, weapons. Introduces fighting techniques using elbows and knees from Vietnam , as well as Thai, kickboxing, and throwing and grappling techniques from Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, joint locks from Daito Ryu Aiki jiu-jitsu
