At all Taekwondo black belt tests the students have to be physically fit to pass. A large part of the fitness is the push-up. We perform them at our belt tests and it is great to get a good number but are you thinking about how you are going to get to 100? I found a website that will walk you through a program to get to 100. The program looks easy enough to follow and it is free which is nice. The link to the 100 push-up site is here:
