Open House Schedule:
2:00pm: House is Open!
2:30pm and 3:30pm: FREE Mini-classes! Approximately 20 minutes long; No yoga experience necessary
3pm: Plank-a-thon! Hold the longest plank pose and win a prize!
3:15pm and 4:15pm: Kids’ Yoga Game (non-competitive, no yoga experience necessary, suitable for school-age children)
4pm: Tree-a-thon! Hold the longest tree pose and win a prize!
4:30pm: Raffle drawing for a free 5-class pass!
4:40-5:00pm: Restorative Yoga mini-class (stretching and relaxation) and Closing

Integrity Yoga is a friendly, family-oriented community of men and women of all body types, ages, and backgrounds, cultivating a vibrant quality of life through the practice of alignment-based Hatha yoga. Conveniently located at the corner of Route 1 and Gorman Road in Laurel/Savage, we currently offer beginner and intermediate classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings.
