Hello Integrity Martial Arts! This is for those of you who are participating in the Savage Fest demonstration.  Mr. Frost will be holding three (3) practices before the demonstration. The practices will be about an hour each and are necessary for a smooth running demo. Below is the schedule:

May 19th @ 1:00

May 26th @ 1:00

June 2nd @ 1:00

The demonstration itself is going to take place at 3:00 and last about 15 minutes. Even if you are not participating in the demonstration, come cheer on your fellow martial artists. Savage Fest is a great time for the whole family!
