The class after every Tae Kwon Do belt test, the instructors will go over your test and hand you an evaluation form. The evaluation form is meant to be a teaching tool. The instructors at Integrity Martial Arts take time to watch you and write down constructive comments on your performance.

On the form you will see the areas where you did well and areas you can make improvements. Ask any black belt and they will tell you that the evaluation forms are an invaluable tool.  Also, ask any belt and they will tell you, there is always room for improvement in their Tae Kwon Do practice.
