It is time for another belt test. I saw the list and many of you are beginner belts. To you, I say good luck! A belt test is a fun time and if you are a little nervous, that is okay, it means you be that much more intense. A few things to note are to be at the Integrity Martial Arts studio at 6:00 p.m. sharp! And, make sure you bring your:

• Black Belt Attitude
• Full uniform
• Sparring gear (if you have sparring gear)
• Testing paperwork
• Life stretch (if you have one)
