On Sunday, May 18th, Integrity Martial Arts had the privilege of giving a demonstration at the American Legion Hall in Laurel. This demo was part of Relay for Life Brunch honoring cancer survivors. Of course, everyone brought their black belt attitude and the crowd loved it. 

Mr. Frost even brought boards with “cancer” written on them for the students to break, as a symbol of us all breaking cancer.
