Dear Mr. Frost:

As a result of attending martial arts classes on a weekly basis, Keon continues to strive for excellence each and every single day. He understands the importance of taking the initiative and time management such as; getting to school and martial arts class on time, and completing both his class work and homework in a timely manner. He keeps mom and dad up to date on every event that occurred that day or coming up soon at school. Also, he takes great pride in keeping his room clean, helping mommy prepare meals, cleaning up the house, etc.

We are so very proud of our son’s progress in both school and here at Integrity Martial Arts. Thank you Mr. Frost and staff for inspiring our family to soar to great heights!
