Zumbatomic starts this Wednesday, November 13th, at Integrity Martial Arts studio. It is open to people outside the studio as well. Come see what fun Zumbatomic is!

• The 4 to 7-year-old class starts at 6:30 PM
• The 7 to 12-year-old class starts at 7:00 PM

About Zumbatomic

Zumbatomic® is a specially designed class for children at the recommended ages of 4 to 12. The overall goal is to create a fun, healthy program for children using the Zumba® fitness concept. In addition to the benefits of exercise, the program also reinforces leadership,respect, teamwork, as well as develops coordination, memory and creativity. One session is approximately 60 minutes and it includes such items as a warm up, Rhythm reviews, dance,  games and cool down.
