Be at the Integrity Martial Arts dojang at 6:00 pm if you are testing or progress checking.  Be sure to bring your:

• Black Belt attitude
• Full uniform
• Sparring gear (if you have sparring gear)
• Life Stretch (if you have one)
• Testing paper-work
