Yoga classes are taught by the amazing Vonetta Edwards.

She teaches reiki as part of her yoga practice, which is a Japanese stress reducing/ energy practice utilized for self healing, anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue and many other things. So in essence its reiki infused Yoga . Her class is teaching a vinyasa flow that’s primarily about becoming attuned with yourself, building strength and growing flexibility. There will also be a small meditation component.
