Kogool Form

Kogool form is the first form we learn as white belts. The foundations formed in Kogool will carry through the rest of your martial arts practice! I created a video with the help of Maddie to demonstrate Kogool Form.

For my martial artists who want something to practice:

  • Please complete pushups and situps required for your belt rank.
  • Work on the forms up to your belt rank.
  • Write down an achievable goal in your martial arts notebook.
